Every card can carry the same value, or the order can be divided into approved groups when different recognition levels are needed. Include the requested value and quantity in the form so the spa team can confirm the order before it is prepared.
Because the recipient controls the appointment, employers do not need to collect service preferences or coordinate everybody on one date.
Physical gift-box packaging or electronic email delivery
Physical cards can be prepared in gift-box packaging for an office presentation, holiday party, award ceremony or client handoff. Choose the pickup location and allow time for the full quantity to be assembled and checked.
Electronic cards are the simpler option for remote teams, distributed offices or recipients outside Knoxville. Provide the preferred delivery plan in the form: individual recipient emails, delivery to the purchaser for internal distribution, or a combination that fits the group.
The format changes how the gift arrives, not where the value can be used.

Employees and clients can redeem the paid gift-card value at Healing Hands Spa Farragut, 10935 Kingston Pike, or Cedar Bluff, 9621 Countryside Center Ln. Service availability varies by location: Farragut offers massage, facial and body treatments; Cedar Bluff offers massage and body treatments.
That two-location flexibility matters for a workforce spread across West Knoxville. A recipient near Turkey Creek can choose Farragut, while someone coming from Bearden, West Hills, UT or downtown may find Cedar Bluff easier.
2026 corporate holiday deadline: December 10
Submit holiday group orders by December 10, 2026. The earlier cutoff gives the team time to verify names, quantities, values, packaging and delivery before office parties and holiday closures begin.
For orders after December 10, electronic delivery may still be possible, but standard group preparation is not guaranteed. A smaller individual order can also be placed through the Christmas spa gift-card page.
Employee recognition without scheduling the whole office
