Once holiday shipping windows close, the useful choice is between an e-gift and a physical card you can pick up locally. The value is the same; the right format depends on how you plan to give it.
Choose online delivery when the recipient is out of town, you are shopping after the spas close, or you need the gift sent without another errand. Choose local pickup when you want something tangible for Christmas morning, a holiday party or a card you will hand over in person.
The gift card is not an appointment. The recipient books later, which is especially helpful when December calendars are already full.
Online e-gift or physical pickup

For a physical card, visit Farragut at 10935 Kingston Pike or Cedar Bluff at 9621 Countryside Center Ln during business hours. Standard hours are Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 1pm to 8pm, but holiday hours can change, so call before making a Christmas Eve or late-December trip.
Cards bought through either location are accepted at both spas. The recipient should choose a service offered at the location they book.
December deadlines without guesswork
If the exchange is today, buy online. If you have one open errand window and want a physical card, call the nearest spa before leaving. If the recipient will not be in Knoxville until after the holidays, send the e-gift and let them book when travel settles down.
Do not promise a Christmas-week appointment with the card. Holiday availability changes quickly, especially for couples massage, evenings and weekends. The gift is the spa credit; the appointment is a separate booking.

Where to pick up in Knoxville

For shoppers near Bearden, West Hills, downtown or UT, Cedar Bluff at 9621 Countryside Center Ln is close to I-40/I-75 exit 378. Call (865) 236-0880 before heading over.
Pickup location does not lock the card to that spa. Redemption depends on the service: Farragut offers massage, facial and body treatments; Cedar Bluff offers massage and body treatments.
Choose the value, not the appointment
In the final days before a December exchange, avoid guessing at a date, therapist or exact treatment. Choose the gift-card value and let the recipient book after the holiday rush.
If you know they want a couples massage, the card can be applied to that experience at either spa. If they prefer a facial, they will need to book Farragut. A general card keeps those choices open without promising a service at the wrong location.

Make a rushed holiday card feel intentional
Add one specific line about the person or the year you have shared. A note such as "use this after the holiday rush" or "take an afternoon once January calms down" gives the card a reason.
For a physical handoff, place the card inside a holiday card. For email delivery, write the personal note before sending and double-check the recipient address. Those two minutes matter more than elaborate packaging.
